The Egyptian Institute of
Directors (EIoD) – working under the supervision of the Egyptian Financial
Supervisory Authority - aims to spread awareness, knowledge, and best practices
of corporate governance in Egypt, the Middle East, and North Africa (MENA)
region in a way that meets the legitimate expectations and best interests of
various stakeholders, and in different types of organizations such as listed,
non-listed, family-owned and state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The activities of
the Institute are targeted at directors, key executives, shareholders, and other
stakeholders of such organizations.

يعمل مركز المديرين المصري تحت إشراف الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، وهو يعتبر أول مركز يقوم بالتركيز علي حوكمة الشركات في مصر والمنطقة. ويهدف إلي نشر وتحسين ممارسات حوكمة الشركات في مصر والشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في مختلف أنواع
الشركات المقيدة، وغير المقيدة، والشركات العائلية، وشركات قطاع الأعمال العام. وتستهدف
أنشطة المركز كل من المديرين والتنفيذيين الرئيسيين والمساهمين وأصحاب المصالح. |
The Egyptian Corporate
Responsibility Center (ECRC) – an affiliate of the EIoD - offers Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) services including awareness, training and
consulting services and acts as the focal point for the United Nations
Global Compact (UNGC) in Egypt with Mansour Group being the official
representative for the UNGC in Egypt. The ECRC empowers businesses by
providing CSR services including capacity building, advocacy,
consultations, knowledge management and certification.

يقدم المركز المصري لمسئولية الشركات – التابع لمركز المديرين المصري – خدمات التوعية والتدريب والاستشارات الخاصة بالمسئولية الاجتماعية للشركات. ويعتبر المركز حلقة وصل محورية بين مصر والميثاق العالمي للأمم المتحدة ومع مجموعة منصور باعتبارها الممثل الرسمي المصري في الميثاق العالمي للأمم المتحدة. والمركز المصري لمسئولية الشركات يمثل دعامة أساسية لمجتمع المال والأعمال، حتى يصبح أكثر مسئولية من الناحية الاجتماعية، من خلال تبني استراتيجيات ناجحة، كفيلة بترسيخ صيغة ثابتة للتعاون بين المجتمع والشركات |
